The focus of the WSU-Organizational Leadership Certificate is leadership, continuous improvement, organizational change, and communication. This certificate is an optional pathway for learners who are interested in a post baccalaureate credential. The 18 credits can be applied to the Leadership Education - Organizational Leadership - MS Program. This certificate will prepare new learners for promotion and enhance employment opportunities in their professional fields.

LDRS 642 - Education Lean: Methods and Practicum (4 credits)
LDRS 644 - Managing Change, Innovation and Transition (3 credits)
LDRS 646 - Leadership and Technology (3 credits)

LDRS 649 - Appreciative Coaching: Theory and Practice (1 credit)
