Letter grade required in all minor courses unless otherwise noted.
The Photography Minor offers students the opportunity for sustained study of diverse photographic practices. Students will create photographic images in both Mass Communication and Studio Art courses through this shared minor program. Students will have the opportunity to acquire strong visual literacy skills, technical photography skills, identify their unique creative voice, and learn the broad range of professional applications of photography within the art and mass communication fields. Students will complete the minor by building a mature portfolio of photographic images to support their career of choice.

Taken as the final course with a photo exhibit showcasing student photography.
