History (HIST) - Minor


18 credits

2.0 GPA required.

Letter grade required in all minor courses unless otherwise noted.

With its global and chronological scope, the history minor complements a wide range of majors in the fields of science, business, health care, the humanities, and arts. At WSU, the history minor combines a concise survey of global and regional histories with room for the student to pursue their own chronological, geographic, and thematic interests. To complete a history minor, students are required to take 18 credit hours of history classes (12 credits must be completed at WSU) and earn a 2.0 in those courses. There are no prerequisites for declaring a history minor.
