Complete admission courses with a C grade or better before applying to the Criminal Justice Program.
Required Courses (30 credits)
Notes
- Computer skills are necessary for employment in the criminal justice profession. Completing a computer science course is strongly recommended.
- Must be admitted to the Criminal Justice program to enroll in any 400-level or track course.
- All field courses have an additional fee to cover malpractice liability insurance.
- Upon application to the criminal justice program, select one or both specialization track options: Police Science or Corrections & Justice Services . If selecting both tracks, two separate internships are required: CJS 461 - Internship: Corrections and CJS 462 - Internship: Law Enforcement .
