Program Admission


Complete admission courses with a C grade or better before applying to the Criminal Justice Program.

Notes


  1. Computer skills are necessary for employment in the criminal justice profession. Completing a computer science course is strongly recommended.
  2. Must be admitted to the Criminal Justice program to enroll in any 400-level or track course.
  3. All field courses have an additional fee to cover malpractice liability insurance.
  4. Upon application to the criminal justice program, select one or both specialization track options: Police Science  or Corrections & Justice Services . If selecting both tracks, two separate internships are required: CJS 461 - Internship: Corrections  and CJS 462 - Internship: Law Enforcement .
