NURS 435 - Holistic Assessment


(4 S.H. theory) (Baccalaureate RN Completion)

This course develops the knowledge and skills necessary to perform a holistic assessment of individuals across the lifespan. Focus is building on theoretical concepts, critical thinking, decision-making and application of clinical skills. Students will be responsible for self-management of learning activities. An online learning resource is used to understand and apply assessment content. Prerequisite: Admission to the RN-BS Completion Program. Corequisites: NURS 415 - Concepts in Professional Nursing  and △ NURS 475 - Population-Based Health Care I . Grade only. Offered fall semester.
