GEOS 426 - Spatial Analysis: GIS and Lidar


(4 credits)

A project-based GIS course that explores advanced spatial analysis tools and techniques, primarily using high resolution topography data from lidar and lidar derivative products. Prerequisites: GEOS 316 - Geographic Information Systems  or instructor permission. Students must be familiar with GIS fundamentals and ESRI ArcGIS software. Grade only. Offered alternate years.
