(3 credits) Meets GEP Oral Intensive.

A seminar class on one of the most contentious constitutional amendments. Topics include freedom of speech, free exercise of religion, separation of church and state, and freedom of association. Prerequisites: POLS 120 - Introduction to American Politics and POLS 320 - Constitutional Law or instructor permission. Grade or P/NC. Offered annually.
