EDFD 421 - Classroom Management: K-12 and 5-12

This course provides students with the knowledge, skill, and understanding of preparing a safe environment for all learners. In particular, the impact of strategies on managing children in the K-12 and 5-12 educational settings. This course has field experience hours within local school districts. Prerequisites: Admission to Teacher Education, EDFD 401 - Metacognitive Learner: K-12 and 5-12, and EDFD 461 - Multicultural Youth, Children, and Families: Part I: K-12 and 5-12. Corequisite:
