HADM 464 - Project Management for Healthcare

This course will address the skills needed to initiate, plan, execute, control and close projects within a Healthcare environment. Various tools for managing projects will be covered including computer software like Microsoft Project Pro. Prerequisites: Admission to HLA program, △ HADM 317 - Management of Human Resources in Healthcare, HADM 435 - Managing for Quality in Healthcare, and HLA 300 - Foundations for Health Professionals, or instructor permission and HLA director notification. Grade only. Offered annually.
