The study of the philosophy of Quality Management stressing the essential components to becoming a learning organization. Emphasis is placed on new and advanced concepts and analytical tools used for continuous improvement and assessments in the Healthcare Industry. Prerequisites: Admission into the HLA program, HLA 300 - Foundations for Health Professionals, ◆ HLA 303 - Applied Analytics for Healthcare Leaders, △ HADM 317 - Management of Human Resources in Healthcare or instructor and HLA program director permission.
