This course serves as an introduction and overview of entrepreneurial opportunities in physical education and sport industry, understanding basic grant writing skills, identifying and researching grants and funding resources, as well as tools and models for fundraising for public and private organizations in the physical education and sports industry. Prerequisites: PESS 114 - Fundamentals of Adventure Education and ✽ PESS 161 - Fundamentals of Outdoor Activities or instructor permission. Grade only. Offered annually or when demand warrants.
