Department Overview: The Child and Adolescent Studies Master’s Degree is part of the Child, Adolescent and Advocacy Studies program. This program is designed for learners looking to grow in their current helping fields to become informed child advocates. The program is flexible, completely online, asynchronous, and provides practical advocacy application for K-12 teachers, educators, child protection service workers, and other professionals working closely with children and adolescents.
CAS Master’s Degree: The CAS graduate degree focuses on learners who want the most up-to-date information about current issues, trends and policy that impact child and adolescent rights, development, safety, learning, mental health, as well as social, emotional and biological influences. Informed advocates will leave the program practical, discipline-specific interventions that best serve children and adolescents in their communities.
