Planning the curriculum and developing effective teaching strategies and assessment methods for young children from 2 and 1/2 years old through 5 years old. Students gain experience in a supervised preschool program. Prerequisites: EFRT 303 - Human Development and Learning: Elementary Education with Early Childhood Emphasis and △ EDUC 410 - Foundations of Early Childhood Education. Grade only. Offered each semester.
