This course synthesizes all previous courses and is designed to encapsulate the essence of baccalaureate professional role development within contemporary nursing practice. With this course the student continues to develop a vision of their future professional engagement. This course  leads the student to the completion of the Winona State University Department of Nursing baccalaureate program outcomes. Prerequisites: Admission to the RN-BS Completion Program, ◆ NURS 375 - Research and Evidence-Based Nursing Practice , NURS 415 - Concepts in Professional Nursing , NURS 435 - Holistic Assessment , & △ NURS 475 - Population-Based Health Care I . Corequisites: △ NURS 445 - Leadership and Management , NURS 455 - Issues and Trends in Managing Chronic Conditions , & NURS 465 - Population-Based Health Care II . Grade only. Offered spring semester.
