NURS 654 - Structure and Design of Nursing Services in Health Care Organizations

(3 credits)

Course content related to health care organization structures with an emphasis on the design and delivery of nursing services. Prerequisites: NURS 652 - Financial Resource Management in Nursing Service , NURS 653 - Human Resource Management , NURS 663 - Interprofessional Leadership in Community and Population Health Practicum , and NURS 664 - Strategic Resource Leadership Practicum in Health Systems . Corequisites: NURS 651 - Strategic Project Management  and NURS 662 - Innovations in Nursing and Healthcare Leadership Practicum . Grade only.
