EEOL 400 - Data Decisions

Data Decisions is in a course sequence where teacher candidates examine the use of data to measure, understand, and improve student learning. This is the third course in the series focused on data-driven instructional decisions that lead to continuous classroom improvement. Teacher candidates will continue to develop their skills with a variety of assessment tools and practices to plan and evaluate effective instruction, student grouping decisions, and assessment. Prerequisite: EEOL 330 - Science and Technology in the Elementary Classrooms. Corequisites: EEOL 410 - Culturally Responsive Practices and Family Engagement in Elementary Education, EEOL 420 - Diverse Learners, and EEOL 450 - First Six Weeks Student Teaching. Grade only. Offered annually (usually fall semester).
